I believe that our bodies are made to move and it's our responsibility to exercise daily! You can choose, whether you want to do active sports, dance, run, weight lifting, yoga, or any other activity, but it is most important that you move daily! 

There are many benefits of yoga.  It helps you not just to increase flexibility, but also improves your strength,  coordination, and teaches you to relax the body. 

If you want to live a happier life, bring your attention back to the body, train it, nourish it, and respect it. It's the body that keeps you alive! Let me help you to build a new and lasting habit of yoga safely, and effectively.

There are a number of factors in the modern world that can contribute to a sense of disconnection from our bodies. Some of these factors include:

  1. Sedentary lifestyles: Many people today spend long hours sitting at desks or in front of screens, which can lead to physical inactivity and a lack of awareness of the body.

  2. Digital distractions: The constant availability of smartphones and other devices can pull our attention away from our physical surroundings and internal sensations.

  3. Stress and anxiety: Modern life can be very stressful, and this can manifest as physical tension and a feeling of being disconnected from our bodies.

  4. Fast-paced living: The modern world can be very fast-paced, with constant demands on our time and attention. This can lead to a sense of being disconnected from our bodies, as we may feel that we don't have time to pay attention to our physical sensations.

as a wellbeing coach, I play an important role in helping my clients improve their overall health and wellbeing. My work involve assisting individuals in setting and achieving personal goals related to their physical, mental, and emotional health.  I help my clients by creating personalized wellness plans, providing guidance and support, and tracking progress and outcomes.
The ultimate goal of my work as a wellbeing coach is to help individuals achieve greater health, happiness, and wellbeing.
