TIME SCHEDULE

General availability:

UK time (GMT)

·       Monday 7am, 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm (Yin)

·       Tuesday 2pm, 4pm, (Yang) 6pm (Yin)

·       Wednesday 2pm, 4pm, (Yang) 6pm (Yang)

·       Thursday 7am, 9am, 11am 2pm, 4pm (Yin)

·       Friday 7am, 9am, 11am, 2pm, (Yang)

·       Saturday off

·       Sunday 11am, 2pm, 4pm 6pm (Yin)

NOTE:

Once we've worked out a time that is good for both of us that slot is pencilled in, and the booking is held for 24 hours.

 One to one ONLINE sessions are:

 

·       PLACE: Via Zoom, Whatsapp, Google Meets

·       TIME AVAILABILITY: scheduled around the subject om my class schedule. I am mostly available during weekdays. I have limited availability at weekends, see below.

·       LENGTH: up to 60 mins, plus I like to include a chat at the start of your first session free of charge so you should allow a little longer.

·       ATTENDANCE: Make sure you have enough space to practice, good uninterrupted internet connection, clothed or naked at your preference.

 

 

 

 

One to one IN PERSON sessions are:

 

·       PLACE: In comfort of your own home, outside spaces (park, beach…)

·       TIME AVAILABILITY: Contact via email or whatsapp privately

·       LENGTH: up to 60 mins, plus I like to include a chat at the start of your first session free of charge so you should allow a little longer.

·       ATTENDANCE: Have your yoga mat, clothed or naked at your preference.

·       Covid Safe
