What is Massage?

Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. The purpose of massage is to enhance a person's physical and mental well-being by increasing relaxation, reducing stress and tension, relieving pain, improving circulation, and promoting overall health.

There are many different types of massage, each with its own unique techniques and benefits. Some of the most popular types of massage include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, Thai massage, and Shiatsu massage.
