All About Me
I started my real growth after studying and perfecting meditation and using it in many ways to enhance my life.
Yoga has been a real transformation in my life and I want to share it with as many people as possible, its my lifes mission to empower other people. Mainly bringing the awareness to the body!
This has lead me to study and qualify in other areas such as personal fitness training, yoga and massage.
To put it another way, we have one body all encompassing our physical, mental and spiritual self.
We need to feed an nourish all parts to maintain our peak performance for as long as we can to enjoy this one life that we have.
What we put into our minds and body reflects on the quality of life we have.

As a wellbeing coach, I work with individuals one-on-one basis. My role involve assessing individual needs, creating personalized wellness plans, providing guidance and support, and tracking progress and outcomes.
I coach and teach either in person or online from around the world, whether that is in the U.K, London, Brighton or The Canary Islands for example. I love to travel to explore and sample all that life has to offer - new people, cultures and experiences.
